- Conventional Mortgages
Conventional loans offer long term Fixed Rate options and ARM options. Most of these programs are offered under Full Doc and Stated Income Stated Asset (SISA) documentation types and some include an Interest Only option of 10 years.
Some programs provide No MI options. The NO MI program is designed for borrowers who want one loan that reduces their mortgage payment by eliminating mortgage insurance associated with a high Loan-to-Value and eliminates the headache and expense of a second mortgage.
